room was comfortable and big.

I was very grateful to stay at a nice hotel that is also pet friendly.

The continental breakfast was not good unless you chose instant oatmeal or bread (bagels, etc), eggs and biscuits.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk. They were thorough and quickly checked us in. The staff was very inviting and helpful with directing us to our room. They were very sweet to my little Chihuahua. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice to store sodas and left over. Pillow was comfy and the pillows were so nice too. TV had a perfect picture and cable channels. It was quiet despite of having neighbors, the walls were not paper thin like other hotels. It was a relaxing weekend. ...read more

Location was good. Breakfast above average.

The "queen" beds were regular beds, not queens.

This hotel did not live up the holiday inn express standards. It was no better than the super 8 we stayed in the night before. We normally pick holiday inn express for their overall excellence. This one was a real let down. The room upgrades recently completed by hoe were certainly not evident in room size and beds. The breakfast was above average. ...read more

The bathroom was not cleaned.

The hotel needs to be restored. The bathroom was showing signs of wear and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again until things have changed.
